Jobcentre Plus is brand used by the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) in the United Kingdom.

The Jobcentre has offices in the England, Scotland and Wales to help people find work, apply for benefits such as Universal Credit and manage their benefits claims. 

There are over 800 Jobcentre offices in the UK. 

Jobs and benefits offices in Northern Ireland are managed by NI Direct Government Services.

What is a Universal Credit?

Universal Credit is a benefit payment for people who are in or out of work.
